Two-week cycles. Working software at the end of each one. A written one-page plan before any code is written, and a senior architect on every call. We don't sell the demo and disappear — the same people who designed your system are the ones who ship and operate it.
We default to small teams. One or two engineers paired with your stakeholders, in your time zone or close to it. No bench-warming, no proxy managers. You talk to the people building the thing.
