How an engagement runs
Week one: kickoff, stakeholder interviews, system reading. Weeks two and three: scoping, architecture write-up, draft document. Weeks four through six: review, revision, vendor outreach, optional PoC. Most engagements wrap in 4 to 6 weeks; deeper ones run to 10. Every engagement ends with a document, a presentation, and a clear set of recommendations.
